Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of O’Reilly Auto Parts, providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products for their automotive needs. Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and assisting them in locating merchandise
Providing product recommendations and answering questions about automotive parts and accessories
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Stocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are appealing
Assisting with inventory management and replenishment
Upholding company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
Qualifications:

Prior retail experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
Exceptional customer service abilities coupled with a welcoming and approachable demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a high-energy atmosphere
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required
